Junior AI Software Engineer (Multi-Agent Investment System)

We are building an AI-native ecosystem for hedge-fund strategies () and alternative investments on the blockchain. Our next frontier is a multi-agent AI system where LLMs will reason, critique, and collaborate autonomously to perform market timing and stock selection. We are pushing the limits of what AI can do for finance.

What You Will Do

. Prompt Engineering: Experiment and refine prompts to enhance AI reasoning, output relevance, and reliability.

. AI Model Evaluation:Test and compare models for investment research and financial decision-making support.

. Multi-Agent Design: Integrate multiple AI agents and LLMs into cohesive workflows and identify division of tasks for AI models.

. Feature Development:Build, test, and ship features across our AI and traditional stack.

. Prototype Creation: Design and deploy testable agentic prototype components, bridging data ingestion, reasoning, and decision layers.

. Data Integrations:Connect securely to APIs, vendor feeds, and blockchains, using sandboxes and mocks as needed.

. Internal Tools: Develop dashboards, CLI tools, and lightweight web UIs for portfolios, reporting, and experiment control.

. UI/UX Flow: Prototype simple and intuitive UI/UX flows for our target customer profiles.

. Quick AI Lifecycles: Deliver across the full AI lifecycle (from prompts to execution) quickly and with craftsmanship in a lean and high-trust team.

. Security and QA: Write unit and integration tests, run basic performance checks, and follow ISO-27001 secure SDLC.

What You Will Bring

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

. A bachelor's degree (or final year) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related.

. Strong reasoning and communication skills in English.

. Hands-on coding experience in Python and API usage.
