Job Summary

Provide customer service and administrative support at a car workshop by managing enquiries, processing invoices, handling cashier duties, and supporting after-sales service to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and clearly to customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries to provide accurate information and support
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately to facilitate timely billing and payment processing
• Manage after-sales service enquiries by addressing customer concerns and coordinating with workshop staff to resolve issues
• Perform cashier duties including processing payments and issuing receipts to maintain accurate financial records
• Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management to support workshop operations
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to assist a diverse customer base and team members
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers
