Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Administration
Maintain and update company insurance records and renewals.
Coordinate with insurance providers for claims and documentation.

Supplier Attendance Checking
Record and verify supplier attendance and performance.
Communicate with suppliers on scheduling and compliance matters.
3.
Inventory Management
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate replenishment with procurement or relevant departments.

Operational Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the operations team.
Assist in preparing and filing reports and operational documents.
5.
Travel & Festival Arrangements
Handle travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for staff.
Support the planning and organization of company events and festive activities.
6.
Finance Assistance
Support the finance team with invoice processing and document filing.
Assist in tracking payments, preparing simple expense reports, and coordinating with suppliers on billing matters.
Maintain accurate financial records as directed by the finance department.
7.
Human Resources Support
Assist with staff attendance tracking and leave management.
Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR in onboarding, training logistics, and employee engagement activities.
