Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Experience: 5 years (relevant 2 years)
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, stakeholder communication, budgeting, risk management, and Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Prepare project plans, resource plans, and budget estimates
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate with cross-functional IT and business teams
Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide executive reporting
Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
Use Agile / Waterfall methodologies as applicable
Manage vendors and third-party partners (if applicable)
Mandatory Skills
Total 5 years and relevant 2 years of IT Project Management experience
Experience managing enterprise technology projects
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Stakeholder management and executive communication
Risk and issue management Budget and resource planning
