Join Spectrum Architecture as an Architect in Tbilisi, Georgia

SPECTRUM Architecture is expanding our international design team, and we are looking for a talented, highly motivated Architect to join our Tbilisi office.

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Work Model: Full-time, On-site (This role requires relocation to Tbilisi; remote work is not available)

In this role, you will contribute across all project phases - from early concept design through to construction documentation - on large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, premium residential, commercial, and master planning developments across global markets.

What You'll Do

· Design Excellence: Contribute to innovative, context-driven architectural concepts, presentation materials, and design studies.

· BIM & Technical Documentation: Produce coordinated, high-quality architectural documentation and building assemblies in Autodesk Revit.

· Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants, actively participating in clash detection and model coordination.

· Construction Administration: Support Senior Architects with shop drawing reviews, RFIs, material submissions, and technical resolutions on-site.

What We're Looking For

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

· Experience: 5 - 8 years of professional experience, ideally within multidisciplinary or international practices.

· Portfolio: Strong conceptual design and visualization skills backed by solid technical detailing.

· Essential Software: Advanced Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Bonus Skills: Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion/Enscape, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

· Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English with strong client-presentation skills.
