Duties & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with business goals.
- Assist in the implementation of new business processes or systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of solutions and improvements.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support business decisions.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
