. Taking food & beverage orders from guests

. Serving food & beverage to tables, paying extreme attention to detail

. Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner

. Assessing customer preferences and making food & beverage recommendations

. Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience

. Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks

. Complying with all food and beverage regulations

. Maintaining high attention to sections and tables

. Assisting with turning tables during service, getting ready for the next seating

. Breaking down and resetting of the venue after service, ready for the next service period

. Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for all dietary requirements

. Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for available menu selection
