Our client, in the oil & gas sector, is currently looking for a Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role is a hybrid finance, office administration, and HR support position responsible for managing employee expense claims, corporate card and bank statement processing, SAP voucher creation, bill payments, and KYC-related tasks.
It also serves as a key coordination role, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling office support tasks such as name card processing and courier arrangements, and liaising with office management and HR on claims, events, and administrative matters.
In addition, the role provides backup support for HR administration and handles ad hoc requests from management, making it a broad operational support role with strong emphasis on coordination, compliance, and administrative efficiency.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Comfortable communicating with stakeholders in Korean will be ideal
