Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Jewellery Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organised, and passionate about jewellery retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, cash handling)

• Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance

• Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising

• Oversee inventory and stock control

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

Requirements

• 2-5 years of retail experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Sales-driven and target-oriented

• Responsible and detail-oriented
