Jewellery Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote jewellery products to meet customer needs and sales targets
• Deliver high-class, professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Assist in daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock accuracy and availability
• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) to serve diverse customers
• Collaborate with team members to manage weekend shifts on a rotational roster
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of regular, VIP, and repeat customers.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE O Level qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven track record in jewellery sales to demonstrate relevant experience
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to engage customers
