Key Responsibilities
Design & Customization
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, story, and requirements for custom-made jewellery pieces.
- Translate customer ideas into tangible concepts by preparing hand-rendered sketches or digital designs using Procreate
- Liaise closely with the production team to oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring design integrity and quality are maintained from concept to completion.
Sales & Client Experience
- Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through the collection, offering expert advice on product selection based on their style and needs.
- Educate clients on the technical aspects of jewellery, including material quality, gemstone characteristics, pricing structures, and care instructions.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized follow-ups and dedicated after-sales service.
Operations & Administration
- Manage the full sales cycle, including processing transactions, preparing accurate quotations, and maintaining organized order documentation.
- Ensure the showroom reflects the brand's luxury standards by maintaining visually appealing and well-organized jewellery displays.
- Support daily store operations and contribute actively to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Professional Development
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to continuously inspire clients and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior luxury experience in jewellery sales and jewellery design
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals is essential. Familiarity with design software Procreate is required.
- Creativity: A strong artistic eye with meticulous attention to detail and proportion.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to client needs and articulate design solutions effectively.
- Commercial Awareness: Ability to balance creative freedom with business acumen to meet sales goals and client budgets.
