• Help customers choose and buy jewelry items according to their preferences.
• Share product information, including details about gemstones, metals, and jewelry maintenance.
• Keep the jewelry display tidy and orderly in the store.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system.
• Address customer questions, issues, and returns politely and professionally.
• Stay informed about jewelry trends, styles, and industry updates to offer well-informed advice to customers.
