Key Responsibilities
- Develop features as part of an Agile squad
- Ensure high code quality and best practices
- Write and maintain unit tests
- Support and configure CI/CD pipelines when required
Innovation:
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Contribute to Innovation Lab initiatives
- Support DevOps practices and continuous improvement
Framework & Design System Management:
- Develop reusable web components for the Design System
- Maintain and enhance API frameworks and shared libraries (security, logging)
- Mentor overseas development teams
- Update development and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java
- Strong expertise in Spring / Spring Boot
- Minimum 3 years of web development experience
- Experience working with Angular in enterprise applications
