Software Engineer (Java)

Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Office working hours / Hybrid working arrangement

Salary Package: Up to $7,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based business applications and integrations.
• Apply best practices across the full software development lifecycle.
• Work with engineers, analysts, and architects to build scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Deploy applications to production and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems.
• Optimize interactions between applications, systems, and databases.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Framework, REST/SOAP services, and SQL databases.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD tools, unit testing (JUnit/Spring Test), and messaging systems like RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ/JMS.
• Bonus experience with AWS, Kubernetes, MySQL, Kafka/Hadoop/Spark/Elasticsearch, Bootstrap, or ReactJS.
