Java Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Engineer to help build and scale our Web3.0 platform. You will work on core backend systems, performance optimisation, and highconcurrency architectures that support our nextgeneration blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend components for our Web3.0 platform, ensuring system stability and scalability.

• Analyse, refactor, and optimise code based on evolving business needs.

• Independently design and implement software features according to functional and technical specifications.

• Deliver highquality work within project timelines.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system modules, architecture, and APIs.

• Conduct performance optimisation across databases, server environments, and network systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.

• 1-5 years Java development experience preferred.

• Experience with database performance optimisation (MySQL or other mainstream databases).

• Experience with Linux server performance optimisation is a plus.

• Experience with network communication optimisation is a plus.

• Strong Java fundamentals: multithreading, concurrency, JVM internals, data structures, networking, and I/O.

• Familiar with distributed system design and common distributed technologies.

• Handson experience with SpringMVC, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, MyBatis, Dubbo, Zookeeper.

• Familiar with highperformance and highconcurrency architectures: distributed caching, Elasticsearch, message queues, etc.

• Experience with SQL, caching, message queues, asynchronous frameworks.
