Job Description Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React for building scalable backend services and interactive frontend applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and optimize user interfaces with React for seamless user experiences.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and system debugging.

Deploy and maintain applications on cloud/on-prem environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability.

Stay up-to-date with modern software development trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3-4 years of proven experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot framework for backend development.

Hands-on experience with React.js and frontend development.

Proficiency in RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
