Java Backend Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible for implementing and maintaining new platform features.
2. Responsible for service design, architecture design, and performance optimization of the platform.
3. Maintain, optimize, and fix existing business services.
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge documentation.

Work Experience: 3+ years
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Preferred Majors: Information Management, Business Administration,Information Engineering

Proficient Tools:

• Java, Spring, MySQL

Other Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in internet development, with practical experience in product architecture design.
2. Proficient in Java 8 (Stream API, Date), familiar with Redis, MQ, and Spring Boot, including its runtime mechanism.
3. Experience in microservice development.
4. Skilled in MySQL database design, development, and performance optimization.
5. Familiar with the design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems.
6. Proactive, able to work independently as well as integrate effectively within a team.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, good self-learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
8. Experience with blockchain technology is a plus.
9. Understand and follow coding standards and best practices.
