作为该团队的高级后端工程师,你的工作重点不是开发新功能,而是提升现有系统的性能、可靠性和可维护性--既包括主动的优化工作,也包括在生产问题出现时进行深入架构分析。我们同时期望你将AI辅助开发工具(如 Cursor、GitHub Copilot)作为日常工作流程的核心组成部分--用于分析代码、加速开发、提升效率。同样重要的是,你需要对每一份产出负全责:审查、验证并确认其正确性、安全性和可维护性。AI 加速你的工作,但不替代你的判断。

工作职责

持续了解现有系统架构和设计决策,以便对新变更的性能影响提供专业建议
识别并解决现有 Java 后端服务、数据库层和中间件中的性能瓶颈
主导重构和现代化改造,提升系统的可维护性和可扩展性
调查涉及应用逻辑、数据库性能、中间件和网络层的生产问题--以根因分析为导向,而非仅修补表面问题
提出并在工程部门内推动开发标准和最佳实践
根据部门优先级,参与临时性的现代化项目(内部工具、集成管线等)
探索并将AI工具和智能代理融入开发流程与工作流中

任职要求

必备条件:

5年以上 Java 后端开发实战经验
中级至高级的 Spring Boot 和微服务架构能力
具备 Redis 和 Kafka 的实际使用经验--能够诊断问题并给出配置方案
熟悉反向代理概念和 Nginx
具备关系型和非关系型数据库经验,包括查询层面的性能分析
熟悉 Git、CI/CD 工作流及软件开发最佳实践
具备 AI 辅助开发工具的使用经验,能够审慎审查 AI 生成的代码

加分条件(非必需):

Docker / Kubernetes
可观测性与监控工具(如 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK)
Python 开发经验

About the Role

Our existing engineering team handles feature development, and we are now forming a new team focused on optimizing, refactoring, and modernizing our existing backend systems.

As a Senior Backend Engineer on this team, your focus will not be building new features. You will improve the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the systems we already run - both proactively and in response to production issues that require deeper architectural analysis. We also expect you to use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as a core part of your workflow - to analyze code, accelerate implementation, and improve productivity. What we equally expect is full ownership: you review, validate, and approve every output for correctness, security, and maintainability. AI accelerates your work It does not replace your judgment.

What You'll Do

Maintain working knowledge of existing system architecture and design decisions to advise on the performance impact of new changes
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across our legacy Java-based backend services, database layers, and middleware
Lead refactoring and modernization initiatives to improve system maintainability and scalability
Investigate production issues spanning application logic, database performance, middleware, and network layers - with root cause analysis, not just patching
Propose and champion development standards and best practices across the engineering department
Contribute to ad-hoc modernization projects (internal tooling, integration pipelines) as priorities dictate
Explore and integrate AI tooling and agents into development workflows and processes

What We're Looking For

Required:

5+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Working knowledge of Redis and Kafka - enough to diagnose issues and specify configurations
Familiarity with reverse proxy concepts and Nginx
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including query-level performance analysis
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and software development best practices
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to critically review AI-generated code
