Role: Java Backend Developer

JD:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Java development and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, spring boot)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively
