Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements and lead a team delivering tax advisory and compliance services.
- Provide support and tax advisory for clients establishing affiliated entities in Singapore.
- Deliver tax compliance services for Singapore-based subsidiaries.
- Advise clients in the maritime industry on Singapore market entry from a tax perspective.
- Provide advisory on structuring crossborder investment funds for institutional investors.
- Support the setup of family offices, including accounting and tax advisory services.
- Perform related tasks aligned with the scope of the role.
Requirements
- Practical experience in a tax corporation, accounting/tax advisory firm, or tax authority.
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Licensed tax accountant (Zeirishi) is an added advantage.
