Responsibilities

. Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects for international clients across various industries.

. Coordinate and communicate with clients,stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

. Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis, and business intelligence studies.

. Develop research proposals, project timelines,methodologies, and client presentations/reports.

. Manage project schedules, deliverables,budgets, and operational processes to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.

. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development and partnerships.

. Support strategic decision-making by providing critical market insights and actionable recommendations.

. Ensure compliance with company standards,client requirements, and relevant industry regulations.

. Mentor and coordinate with junior researchers and project members where required.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Consulting, Project Management in market research department or agencies.

. Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese

. Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory to support communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and clients.

. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
