◆Key Responsibilities:

・Oversee management reporting across multiple business entities and investment funds, consolidating and analysing financial and operational data for headquarters reporting.

・Prepare structured management reports and translate financial performance data into actionable business insights.

・Conduct financial performance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

・Support the evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of investment portfolios, strategic projects, asset management initiatives, capital deployment, divestments, refinancing activities, and fund-related matters.

・Monitor liquidity positions, capital commitments, capital calls, funding requirements, and capital allocation across investment vehicles and operating entities.

・Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and interpret data to support informed business decisions.

・Support corporate governance activities, including the preparation of board papers, presentations, and documentation for Board of Directors and other management meetings.

・Assist in streamlining reporting processes and enhancing data accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.

・Conduct strategic and financial analyses on business performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities to support long-term business planning.

・Collaborate with headquarters and regional offices across Asia-Pacific to ensure alignment with group policies, approval processes, and strategic initiatives.

・Participate in ad-hoc projects as a project member to support business and organisational objectives.

・Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

◆Requirements:

[Must Have]

・Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, management reporting, finance, investment analysis, or related functions.
・Fluent in Japanese (business level) to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts, clients

・Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including consolidation and analysis of data across multiple entities.

・Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate data, analysis, and key findings to management.

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

・Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and regions.

[Good to Have]

・Experience supporting investment portfolios, fund management activities, asset management, or corporate finance initiatives.

・Experience preparing board materials, management presentations, and corporate governance documentation.

・Exposure to multinational or regional reporting environments.
