Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations and trading activities to ensure efficient business execution.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, shipping documents, and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate import/export processes and manage trade-related documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders on shipments and order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide sales support to clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate contract administration and ensure proper filing of commercial documents.
• Manage office administration and general affairs activities.
• Procure office supplies and coordinate vendor and facility management matters.
• Support employee onboarding arrangements and maintain administrative records.
• Assist management with administrative projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and headquarters.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Trade Administration, Logistics Coordination, or related functions.
• Experience in import/export or trading-related operations is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand commercial documents, contracts, and trading procedures.
• Good command of English for liaising with English-speaking stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
