Responsibilities:
- Fulfil the staffing needs of Japanese speaking clients based in Singapore.
- Understand clients business overviews and client requirements for positions.
- Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media platform etc.
- Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for positions.
- Match the most suitable candidates to positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and clients.
- Developing new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Experience in HR/Recruitment/Sales
- Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
