Responsibilities:
- Provide care, guidance, and supervision for young children.
- Manage daytoday classroom operations and activities.
- Conduct routine health checks for children.
- Communicate with parents and participate in parent meetings.
- Prepare classroom materials and support class setup.
- Perform other childcarerelated tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese for handling Japanese-speaking kids/parents/counterparts.
- Prior experience as a nursery teacher or kindergarten teacher.
- Possession of a valid kindergarten teaching license or childcare qualification.
- Ability to provide attentive, detailed, and caring support to children.
- Strong interpersonal skills to address parents concerns and expectations professionally.
- Experience in Japanese kindergartens is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanesespeaking parents and stakeholders is an added advantage.
