About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Japanese Speaking Junior Project Operations and Research Executive in operational roles. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role requires a high level of adaptability, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality insights and solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

. Plan, manage, and execute market research and consulting projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

. Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and expert networks to align project deliverables.

. Identify, engage, and onboard subject matter experts to support project requirements while managing relationships to ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.

. Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information provided by experts.

. Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.

. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, to ensure seamless execution.

. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within agreed deadlines.

. Coordinate with expert networks and local partners to secure subject matter experts and ensure their alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree of any specialisation.

. Preferrably 1 year of experience in a project operations role within market research or an expert network firm is welcome to apply.

. Extroverted and proactive with strong project management and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

. Japanese Speaking is mandatory due to stakeholders management.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
