About the role

We seeking talented Japanese Service Crew to join our team in our Raffles Place restaurant. As part of our dynamic front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our discerning guests. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in an upscale, fast-paced hospitality environment and be part of a passionate team dedicated to culinary excellence.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving guests in a warm, friendly and efficient manner

Providing detailed menu knowledge and making knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the dining experience

Ensuring the restaurant floor is well-maintained, organised and presentable at all times

Assisting with food and drink service, including setting tables, clearing dishes and replenishing supplies

Handling cash and card payments accurately

Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests

Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Japanese

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

Knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine is highly desirable
