Job Summary
Teach English to young learners across various age groups and language levels, preparing lessons, delivering engaging instruction, and developing curriculum to support student growth and parental communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver English lessons tailored to young learners of varying ages and language proficiency to enhance their language skills
- Develop detailed lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and promote effective learning outcomes
- Engage students through interactive and high-quality teaching methods to maintain interest and participation
- Communicate progress and address concerns with parents regularly to support student development
- Manage classroom environment to ensure a respectful, focused, and productive learning atmosphere
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
- Willingness to work one weekend and weekday evening preference for candidates available on both weekends
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or above
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is advantageous for effective communication with diverse students and parents
