Role Responsibilities
- Review English-to-Japanese translations for fluency, accuracy, and local relevance.
- Flag unnatural phrasing and suggest culturally appropriate alternatives.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for quality, tone, and context alignment.
- Provide written feedback on nuanced linguistic errors or ambiguities.
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across multiple review tasks.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines with flexible hours.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and fluent English proficiency.
- Strong reading speed and comprehension in both languages.
- Demonstrated experience with translation review or linguistic QA.
- High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a flexible schedule.
