Location: Central Singapore
Work Schedule: 5 or 6-day work week (includes weekends & public holidays)
Compensation: Up to $3,400/month (commensurate with experience)
Prepare Signature Dishes with Precision: You will take ownership of our key menu items. This means consistently preparing and plating our signature Japanese dishes to a standard that keeps our guests coming back.
Keep the Kitchen Flowing: During service, you will be a steady presence. Help guide the team, communicate clearly, and ensure every order leaves the kitchen looking beautiful and tasting exactly as it should.
Collaborate on What's Next: Work alongside the Head Chef to refine existing recipes, develop new ideas, and suggest smarter ways to organize the kitchen for a smoother service.
Maintain a Spotless Workspace: You take pride in a clean station. You will uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards, knowing that a clean kitchen is the foundation of great food.
Create Visual Masterpieces: You understand that we eat with our eyes first. You will ensure every plate that goes out is visually stunning, balanced, and delivers that perfect bite.
Who You Are
You have at least 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
While experience with Japanese cuisine is a strong plus, we are more interested in your passion for the craft.
You have solid knife skills, understand basic cooking methods, and know your way around a professional kitchen.
You are a team player who stays calm under pressure and believes in working clean.
