Japanese Brand Ambassador / Customer Service Crew

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Brand Ambassador to represent a popular Japanese fried sandwich brand. You will be one of the key customer-facing team members and help create a welcoming and smooth ordering experience.

Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with placing orders at self-service kiosks, explaining menu items and promotions, answering customer enquiries in both Japanese and English, guiding customers through the ordering process, and maintaining a professional and positive brand image.

Requirements

• Strong Japanese and English communication skills are essential
• Confident communicating with both Japanese-speaking and English-speaking customers
• Friendly, outgoing and customer-service oriented
• Well-presented, professional and approachable
• Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with kiosk ordering
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, customer service or brand ambassador roles is an advantage
• Able to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Ideally able to commit for at least 1-2 months

Final salary will depend on relevant experience, communication skills and Japanese/English proficiency.
