Job Description
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise & assist a team of crew on site.
- Maintain & control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date asset list.
- Assist the Manager in scheduling for jobs & holiday leaves.
- Monitor performance & absenteeism of crew.
- Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by crew.
- Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.
- Upkeep all equipment.
- Ensure company policies & standards are met by crew at all faclities.
- Liaise & monitor work done by outsourced contractors.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager or the Managerment
