General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Knowledge & experience implementing in SG Gov space will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes: RFx (Sourcing), Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement and Invoicing.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery, with atleast one (1) year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience.
- Possess relevant Ivalua Level 3 (L3) certifications including:
. Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist (for Functional Configurators), or
. Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist (for Technical Configurators)
- Experience delivering reasonably large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies e.g. SCRUM, preferably within public sector environment.
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience including requirements gathering, perform configurations, UAT support and go-live activities.
- The ability to work as a team to achieve important goals together.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion towards working for public good and society.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and privacy considerations in the public sector would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), SHIP-HATS and SG Tech Stack (SGTS) would be advantageous.
Functional Configurator specific requirements:
- Possess good communication skills, ability to articulate technology concepts, participate in discussions on requirements with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Experience leading user training and conducting stakeholder presentations.
- Familiarity with Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.
Technical Configurator specific requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL, workflow design, database management, and ETL/EAI configuration.
- Experience integrating Ivalua solutions with enterprise products and external platforms (such as e-signature).
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and system performance tuning.
