Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling day to day customer enquiries, order takings, in-house system data entry
  • Maintaining a cordial and professional relationship with customers
  • Gather market and customer information on current and future trends
  • Preparing quotations and tenders
  • Data analysis & tracking
  • Supporting periodic KPI reports
  • Working closely with operations to ensure timely deliveries of services
  • Travelling as and when required for overseas business trips and events.
  • Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian to effectively liaise with Italian internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous working experience in EU and or Italian/French/swiss owned companies
  • Previous working experience in forwarding/shipping companies and or in luxury business (watch / gold jewelry international companies)
  • Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, analytical and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
  • Cheerful and pleasant disposition
  • Able to travel overseas (mostly in SEA/APAC/EU)
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
