IT Transformation PMO Specialist
Job Type: Contract - 18 Months(Extendable)
Location: South, Singapore

Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Transformation PMO Specialist to support a large-scale retail IT transformation programme, focusing on coordination, governance, and vendor transitions to ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness across multiple systems while working closely with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support programme planning and maintain integrated transformation plans
  • Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID management)
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and selection (RFP/RFQ coordination, documentation, scoring)
  • Coordinate onboarding and transition of vendors, including knowledge transfer and documentation
  • Support execution of system transitions (data migration, integration, and stabilisation phases)
  • Assist in transition-to-run (T2R) activities including SOPs, SLAs, and handovers
  • Identify and escalate risks impacting operations or delivery
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of experience in IT PMO, IT delivery, or transformation roles
  • Experience in vendor onboarding or multi-vendor environments
  • Strong planning, coordination, and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work across business, IT, and vendor teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or large-scale operational environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payments, POS)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent certifications
