IT Transformation PMO Manager
Job Type: Contract - 18 Months (Extendable)
Location: South, Singapore

Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Transformation PMO Manager to lead a large-scale retail IT transformation programme, focusing on PMO governance, vendor evaluation, selection, onboarding, and system transitions to ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness across multiple systems while working closely with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PMO governance for a large-scale IT transformation programme
  • Manage integrated roadmap, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Oversee vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes, and selection governance
  • Drive vendor onboarding, transition planning, and execution across systems
  • Ensure successful transition-to-run (T2R) and BAU handover
  • Coordinate cross-system dependencies across enterprise platforms (POS, payments, ERP, finance, supply chain, HR)
  • Ensure operational readiness and service stability during transitions
  • Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and decisions
  • Support risk management, compliance, and benefits realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT PMO, IT transformation, or large-scale technology programmes
  • Proven experience in vendor evaluation, selection, and transition management
  • Strong background in multi-vendor IT environments and complex programme delivery
  • Experience in retail, fuel retail, or other mission-critical operational environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Solid understanding of IT operating models and transition-to-run processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fuel retail or downstream oil & gas industry
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
