Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of VIP Host functions.
Co-ordinate with relevant marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
Lead and communicate to VIP Host team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
Support the senior management in the development and implementation of training programs for VIP Host team members.
Supervise transactions performed by VIP Host to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in managing high-value portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes
Prior experience in the gaming industry or integrated resort environment is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management capability
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
