This role is responsible for hands-on development leadership, system analysis, enhancement, and support of enterprise office automation applications. It focuses on application design, technical problem-solving, modernization, and regional support for businesscritical systems built on .NET technologies and K2 workflow platforms. Experience with UiPath, SharePoint Online, and Salesforce is highly preferred, along with the ability to integrate AI capabilities to enhance productivity, operational efficiency and decisionmaking.

The position requires strong technical expertise in application development and support, as well as the ability to lead smalltomedium projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications using C# .NET, Web API, and SQL-based platforms.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues and provide root cause resolution for application incidents.
  • Support modernization of legacy applications into web-based, secure and SSO-enabled solutions.
  • Manage application releases, change requests, testing coordination and deployment activities.
  • Provide hands-on support for workflow and automation platforms such as K2, UiPath, and SharePoint Online.
  • Support Salesforce enhancement, integration and production issue resolution.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Drive technical documentation, coding standards, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Explore and implement new technologies including AI-related solutions such as OCR and intelligent automation.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in application development, support and project delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in:

i. Core Development: C# .NET, Web API, SQL, Oracle, Python
ii. Workflow / Automation: K2, RPA, Sharepoint Online
iii. CRM: Salesforce support and integration
iv. AI Enablement: OCR, chatbot, intelligent validation, analytics

  • Experience in application support, release/change management, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong project management capability (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
  • Good leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
