Position:Technical Delivery Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED
The ideal candidateshould haveextensive experience in implementing andoperatinglarge-scale and complex mission-critical solutions:
- Understand the business requirements
- Develop, review and update project plans, resources,budgetsandtimeframes,
- Drive the data, design and solution discussion with vendors, technologyteam,and user groups.
- Directly lead and manage a team of technical teamscomprisingdevelopers, technical analysts with focus on delivering banking systems and solutions
- Responsible for the successful execution and technical delivery of projects that meet scope,timelineand budget.
- Stakeholder and relationship management, including escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes
- Partner with solution and enterprise architects to deliver technical innovations in support of emerging business needs and to progress these ideas from concepts to working solutions
- Plan project efforts to upgrade,enhanceandmaintainsystems at supported release levels
- Identifyand raise risks and issues affecting the project, including financial or operational and proactively managing them, with
- timelyescalation to relevant parties where necessary
- Drive the testing strategy and manage the testing cycles, ensuring all critical and high defects are resolved within the testing cycle.
- Manage relationships across all business lines and with external parties, ensuringtimelydelivery of assigned activities
- Organize and chair governance meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and minutes
- Ensure work deliverables are following bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Directs the offshore squad in making day-to-day decisions and conflictresolutions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Support for project activities
- Prepare Sprint planalignswith dependency applications
- Get/Raise/follow up impediments related to project delivery in Daily
- Stand Up, Scrum of Scrum meetings
- Follow up on the development with squad teams as per the sprint plan
- Arrange sprint demo and get approval to move the developed user stories to Testing Phase
- To burn the story points as per the sprint plan and achieve the delivery as planned
- Update project status for PWG, PWC Meetings
- Support for testing phase activities
- Review test plan
- To support clearing issues raised during testing
- Paymentexperience and/or knowledge.
- Knowledge on API technology
- e.g.RESTful API, JWT and Swagger
- A strong and assertive communicator in speaking and writing
