Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain OS, applications, and system tools.
- Design and support information and operational systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution.
- Provide enterprise support for Windows, VMWare, and RedHat.
- Work in a 24/7 support environment, including on-call duties (1 week/month).
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, and RedHat Linux.
- Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and system monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call, 24/7 support environment.
