IT Systems Administrator (Microsoft Intune/MDM)

• Position : IT Systems Administrator (Microsoft Intune/MDM)

• Location : KAKI BUKIT

• Working hours : 5 days work week Mon to Fri, 830 to 500pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + 14 days Annual leave add 1 day per year capped at 21 days

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : Semiconductor Equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 IT support (hardware, software, network)

• Troubleshoot Windows, server & user issues

• Manage AD, user accounts & access rights

• Support system backup, recovery & server monitoring

• Install/configure PCs, servers & IT equipment

• Liaise with vendors for issue resolution

• Maintain IT inventory & documentation

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in IT or related

• 2-3 years IT support / helpdesk experience

• Familiar with Windows OS, AD & Group Policy

• Exposure to Microsoft Intune / MDM is a plus

• Knowledge of Cisco UC / Apple devices advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who communicate only in Mandarin
