About This Role
EPOS is looking for a Technical Specialist to join our Operations team and support both internal office functions and external technical deployments. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where you'll be involved in project rollouts (especially POS systems), network-related troubleshooting, and supporting our overseas intern technician team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth technical operations, while also acting as a bridge between the intern team and clients when required. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and enjoys both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
