. Administer and maintain cloud-based systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
. Monitor cloud performance, security, and resource utilization
. Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for cloud assets

. Hands-on experience managing workloads on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
. Core services: EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Backup
. Familiar with security groups, NACLs, routing tables, and load balancers (ALB/NLB)
. Coordinate with IT partners to support and maintain on-premise infrastructure
. Act as primary point of contact between the organization and external IT service providers

. Strong experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux (user management, services, logs, patching)
. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
. Experience managing File servers, Application and Database server
. Good understanding of TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, routing
. Knowledge of firewalls and network security concepts
. Able to troubleshoot connectivity issues between on-prem and cloud systems
. Experience using monitoring tools (SolarWinds)
. Practical experience setting up and managing Veeam Backup
. Ability to document and execute restore and disaster recovery procedures
. Ability to automate routine tasks using PowerShell
. Familiar with JIRA ticketing.
. Provide technical support to end-users across the organization
. Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
. Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations
. Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices
. Manage software licensing and hardware inventory
. Coordinate system updates, patches, and maintenance window
. Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
. Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and administration
. Experience working with external IT vendors and service providers
. Understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and system administration
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
. Strong communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders
. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
. AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or similar)
. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
. Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments
. ITIL or similar IT service management framework experience
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues
. Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent technical issues
. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology trends
. Strong sense of accountability and ownership
. Provide after-office-hours support (on-call / standby) for critical incidents and planned maintenance.
. Occasional night or weekend work may be required for planned maintenance, system upgrades, or incident response.
