IT System Engineer

Work Location: (Depot Rd), Singapore

Assignment Duration: 1 Year Contract

Salary: $3,300 $3,400 per month

Monthly Claims: Up to $300 (Transport + Mobile)

Completion Bonus: 1 Month Bonus upon contract end

Working Hours: Office hours only, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and service-orientedSCCM and Patch Management Engineerto join our client's IT operations team at their Depot site. You will be responsible for ensuring timely patch deployment, software updates, and resolving IT support issues (Level 1 & 2) usingMicrosoft SCCM.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in IT support and systems management, looking to grow in a structured enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy patches and applications across user endpoints and servers usingMicrosoft SCCM.
• Conduct testing of patches and applications before rollout.
• Generate reports andperform analysis on patch compliance and update status.
• ProvideLevel 1 & 2 IT support, resolving daily incidents and service requests.
• Perform server patching and routine system maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security and system standards.

Requirements:

• MinimumDiploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with SCCMin deploying patches and software.
• Strong knowledge ofWindows OSenvironments and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle user support tickets and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
• RequireCAT 1 Security Clearance.
