Job Description
- Implement, maintain, and administer network, operating systems, storage, and backup environments
- Collaborate on system development activities, including design, implementation, integration, and testing
- Provide 247 on-call support on a rotating basis implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and minimize unplanned system outages
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation to support efficient planning and execution
- Coordinate with external vendors and customers to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 yearsof relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems and networking
- Passionate about learning new technologies and eager to develop new skill sets
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Additional skills that are an advantage:
- Networking knowledge or CCNA certification
- VMware NSX
- Virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere)
