Job Summary
You will independently and collaboratively deliver enterprise IT solutions by setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux systems, supporting customers, and scripting to enhance system performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers to resolve IT issues effectively
- Set up and maintain Linux operating systems to ensure stable enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve Linux OS-related issues to minimize downtime
- Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable IT solutions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS setup and troubleshooting to support system stability
- Proficiency in command-line interface (CLI) usage and scripting to automate and manage systems
- Basic knowledge of networking and systems to assist in troubleshooting and configuration
- Open to fresh graduates with strong Linux and scripting skills, demonstrating eagerness to learn and contribute
