Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs and objectives
Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and wireframes, and providing support on updates to management
Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed process maps to visualise, understand and streamline current workflows and business processes
Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews & retrospective sprints, and assisting in project management matters and
Conduct and facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for users, and providing support services throughout the project. This includes preparation of test cases and documenting the expected and actual results for each test scenario in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline
Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software
Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met
Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
Must be organised and able to work with minimal supervision to ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule and
Experience in end user service journey design projects, and implementing government projects would be an added advantage
