Job Description

(A) Specific:

  • Responsible for on-site / off-site / remote troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of IT related solutions.
  • Provide service support and maintenance to HQ & Site Office.
  • Troubleshoot Desktop / Server / Network / Security / Printer.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks which includes update patches, asset tracking, and status update.
  • Liaise with distributors / vendors on application and technical information.
  • Prepare and update multimedia slideshow or festival E-Card.

(B) Safety:

  • To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulation and eliminate or reduce hazard at the workplace.

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

  • NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered
  • Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.

(B) Knowledge & Skills:

  • Required skills - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
  • Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

(C) Experience:

  • At least 1 year IT helpdesk support experience in technical support on network and application as well as troubleshooting desktop, server, network, security and printer.
