Responsibilities:
- Perform technical maintenance and troubleshooting for the Video Management System (VMS), with a focus on Milestone XProtect, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Maintain critical systems to achieve high service availability and meet operational performance targets.
- Respond swiftly to onsite operational incidents, resolving issues in accordance with established SLAs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures, ensuring work is conducted without disruption to production.
- Proactively identify, report, and resolve system discrepancies, defects, and inconsistencies.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily maintenance reports.
- Conduct basic system and network troubleshooting tasks.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Nitec in Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Technical Skills:
- (a) Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- (b) Basic knowledge of Windows servers and Milestone VMS system troubleshooting.
- (c) Foundational understanding of Local Area Networks, switch configurations, and VLANs.
- Able to commit to a 12 hour rotational shift schedule.
- Must be eligible and able to obtain the required security clearance for the project.
