Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software (SaaS, OS, internal tools).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, VPNs, and system performance.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Set up workstations for new hires, manage user accounts in Active Directory/Google Workspace, and recover assets from departing employees.
- Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and stability.
- Documentation: Maintain an accurate inventory of assets and document common fixes in our internal knowledge base.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 years of experience in an IT support.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. The ability to translate tech speak into plain English for users.
