Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore

Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software (SaaS, OS, internal tools).
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, VPNs, and system performance.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Set up workstations for new hires, manage user accounts in Active Directory/Google Workspace, and recover assets from departing employees.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and stability.
  • Documentation: Maintain an accurate inventory of assets and document common fixes in our internal knowledge base.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an IT support.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments. Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. The ability to translate tech speak into plain English for users.
